I liked this Chromebook but ended up returning it because it didn't quite meet my needs. The narrator is amazing; It sounded better than any tablet or laptop I've ever owned. It loaded very quickly and the graphics were decent. It's light and very thin, and the battery seemed to last a long time. These are all positive aspects. The negative is related to the operating system itself. Little did I know that the Chromebook wouldn't support some of the school and business software platforms I need (particularly group apps and group conferencing apps). Many of the apps I use on the Google Play Store weren't supported on the Chromebook, which is ironic (like the Kindle app). The final straw for me was the fact that I couldn't use Microsoft Office on my Chromebook unless I was using Office 365, which I'd rather not. It also doesn't recognize some wireless mice; In fact, I couldn't get it to recognize any of the three wireless mice I own and had to use a wired mouse with it. This thing is fast and has a lot of great features, but it wasn't even as useful as my Android tablet, so I just couldn't justify keeping something that wasn't very functional for my needs. I think it would be great for some people and I just want to reiterate that the battery and sound were actually pretty amazing but for me the cons outweigh the pros and only make this a three star device.
