Does not fit advertised iPhone 11

I am authorized to buy things for our office. I bought a belt clip for a colleague who just got their new iPhone 11 along with an Otterbox that supposedly fits the belt clip. However, the belt clip was too big and the phone didn't fit in the clip. I have specifically tried to read everything in the description to ensure I am buying the correct item. I sounded like the perfect fit. There is no such happiness.
