I bought these for my 5 year old son who is 81lb 58 inches and is sturdy for his age. I used the sixth chart before and size 7 didn't fit 10 so I chose size 12 and it fits perfectly, a bit long on waist and arms but it's ok because he can wear it with sweaters.
