When I purchased some new clothes and jewelry from Phistic, I was very let down by the service I received. First of all, I had a hard time finding what I needed because the website was so complicated and difficult to use. When my orders did eventually arrive, they were nothing like I had anticipated. The garments and accessories appeared to be of low quality or even plastic. It took weeks for the items to arrive, and when I complained, customer support ignored me. In general, Phistic is not a store I feel comfortable recommending to anyone.
