My son listens to audio books for hours, at home, in the car, or even at a restaurant, so he needs comfortable, durable, noise-cancelling headphones to toss around. needs. These headphones don't look as pretty as the more expensive ones, but they do what they're supposed to do very well. My son was initially skeptical about these headphones - because they didn't look as good as his Beat (very important for a 12-year-old) but the noise-cancelling feature made everything so quiet he switched straight away. We were happy for a full week and he started complaining that the jack was loose and he had to twist the fork to try and find a spot where the noise would be on both sides. I contacted the seller through the Amazon website and they immediately sent me a replacement with no questions asked. With excellent service, I feel more comfortable thinking that the defect was isolated. I will update my review if there is a second case.
