Review on 🎮 Experience Authentic GameCube Gameplay with HORI Nintendo Switch Battle Pad (Zelda) Controller by Maurice Branch

Noticed a stutter when pushing up the left analog stick, looked at the calibration tool when plugged into the computer and of course didn't realize when I picked it up, it goes in and crash out. Used for about 10 hours of gameplay. If I find a solution to this problem I will update the rating. UPDATE (September 1, 2020) - Customer service contacted via HORI USA website. I will add to this review what they are doing with my situation and update the review to reflect the solution they offer. UPDATE (September 22nd, 2020) - HORI Customer Service takes some time to respond, but they support their product and are ready to help with any controller issues. They have sent me an RMA and will either replace or repair the controller. You don't get this kind of service with nameless brands, Nintendo seems to know how to choose its first third-party providers. I'll also add that I tried my friend's controller (an unnamed brand) and it immediately feels better. The surface of the analog stick is sufficiently rubberized and NNB -. sticky for some reason. The only complaint is that the HORI controller is very light, but definitely not worth downgrading for.
