Review on Salamstore: The Quran Book Point Smart Pen! by Reginald Hamilton

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Firstly, as soon as I opened the box, the Quran cover was not new, it was destroyed leaving the color as you can see in the picture. Second, when I play in different modes it doesn't follow the right commands. As you can see in the video, when using the Quran in translation mode, only the last words of the verse are read out, not the entire verse. Also many other pen functions do not work as they claim. It gets stuck on one function and repeats when I go to another until I select the function 2-3 times. And so many other things are wrong that I don't even have the words to explain. It really broke my heart and motivation to study this book. It definitely looks like the seller sent me a used Quran and a used pen that has lost its original function. I would like to return this for a correct one for the amount I paid. The cost is very high for a low quality used product they sold me.
