This rugged little radio is perfect for the garage or workshop. The radio is also rain, dust and shock resistant, making it perfect for taking with you to your garden, to work or even to the beach. The sound is pretty decent from a single 5-1/4" speaker. The FM stations sound great, but unfortunately a few AM stations aren't as good - maybe it's just my location. Bluetooth is easy to set up and to use and works like a charm. Nice and useful features include a carry handle on the top, a border around the perimeter, a large backlit LCD, large knobs on the top for volume control and changing radio stations, station preset buttons on the front panel and a flexible rubber antenna. Also an AUX-in jack if you want to add an external music source. This radio runs on the supplied mains plug or optional "C" size batteries. You can use regular Duracell "C" size alkaline batteries. ", but if you use rechargeable "C" batteries, the radio has a built-in charger that charges rechargeable "C" batteries loads. I think this is a great feature and I just wanted to mention it. Very happy with the radio!
