We bought a couple dozen of these for Thanksgiving dinner and I think my little one could make something better out of a single sheet of aluminum foil. Everything that went into these pans seemed to have more than enough weight to warp the pan, even our sliced iceberg lettuce (2 heads) and some chopped tomatoes/onions completely ruined the pan. Everything had to be supported from below, and even after that, the sides collapsed outwards. After some time in the steam trays, the situation worsened, collecting food at the end of the meal was uncomfortable because the foil trays began to fold like a wet paper towel; We ended up spooning leftovers into the Tupperware at the dinner table rather than risking lugging something heavy back to the kitchen. We used a pan to hold 2 sliced baguettes. This pan did it, so I'll give it to him.
