Review on 🧦 Sockwell Elevation Firm Compression Socks for Women by Chris Edgerton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cute, comfortable and effective, but already showing signs of wear.

They are incredibly cute and comfy even though they are a bit big on me. I'm a women's size 8 so I ordered medium/large but they are a little loose on the leg. Not enough to bother me, but I'll order a small/medium next time. But part of the legs fit perfectly - I'm 5ft 4" and they fit right in the crease of my knee. I have slightly chunky calves so I was surprised they didn't feel tighter but they clearly work. because I notice a big difference when I wear them. My neurologist advised me to wear this brand specifically for my POTS and chronic headaches. They help more than I can imagine with my energy and perseverance. When I wear them, I can do sports without headache or fatigue, which has greatly affected my quality of life. I also used to get dizzy, dizzy and empty after exercising for more than a few minutes or even running, and I no longer have this problem while wearing them. I also like this pattern and I really like how they look on me. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because these socks don't feel incredibly durable. I've worn them probably 15 times (just for short walks and light exercise) and they're already showing signs of wear on the toes and balls of the feet (see photo). I've had many pairs of (non-compression) socks that have lasted for years without showing a single sign of wear. However, it only appears to be the outer layer of the sock and hopefully the inner layer is thick enough to hold up. Assuming the sock doesn't wear out too quickly, I would definitely buy them again.

Pros
  • SIZES: Small/Medium for women US size 4-7.5, Medium/Large for US size 8-11. The length of the sock corresponds to the width of the shin.
