The most useless thing I've ever bought in my life! Arrived damaged from everywhere due to crushing in a cheap thin and flexible plastic frame. Says it can hold about 150 pounds which is a total JOKE! My old injured dog is 70 pounds and when he puts the slightest weight on his front paws on the ramp it bends into an inverted rainbow and my dog still has to climb the super unstable platform which slides out and the clamp is useless every time you do it deliver. I bought this ramp 2 years ago because of my dog's age and spinal injury and also because of my own spinal injuries from a car accident. The 3 times I attempted to use this ramp, my dog was injured when he slipped out from under him or fell off the side in the middle of the ramp. My dog injured his spine again from falling off this ramp and we had a lightweight dog sling on him for added protection. He also injured his hip in the last fall! I held the ramp to the frame of the car and kept the tip from slipping off as the ramp flexed, skidded and the dog ran hard into the cement. Now my dog and I are affected by this product and a lawsuit is pending! Now I have a dislocated hip and knee from trying to catch my dog when she fell off the ramp while trying to get out of my car at her canine chiropractic practice. The doctor has seen a defective product and does not want to use it. more for security reasons! I will try to return this item as soon as possible and find it with a metal frame.
