Easy to use and clean, makes great cold coffee. I also use it as a coffee pot. I already have a 1 liter carafe but wanted something bigger; It's the perfect size. Very clean and elegant design, easy to use, easy to clean, borosilicate glass is beautiful and durable. However, because the top rim is completely flat, when used as a serving carafe, a few drops will always run down the side of the vessel; A small notch or filling lip on the rim opposite the handle makes this item much more convenient to serve and pour. Of course, this is a nitpick, but adding a little raised lip to the rim would make for a perfect design.
