I bought this chair for my husband, 6ft 2in, 220lbs, who has back problems. He found it very comfortable and supportive. Unfortunately, the frame of the chair arrived damaged. This does not affect the function of the chair, but the insert has cracked and is peeling off, so we would like to replace the part. It was a nightmare for anyone to contact us for a replacement part. Finally, after repeated attempts to contact the 'right' people with no response (they say email), we waited on the phone, and then the manufacturer couldn't find the chair. They said our only option was to box up the entire chair, send it back and order again. We'll be in touch with Revain to see if there are other options. Nice chair but terrible customer service, especially for the price and the Lazyboy name.
