I bought this product to try my son's live hockey games. Worked for a month and then regularly stopped working. At first I thought it was my computer because it crashed right after a Windows update or after updating my streaming program. After 4 months thinking it was my computer, the streaming program and just work, I installed the streaming program I was using on a brand new computer and plugged in my capture card. Exactly the same problems arose, where the card turned out to die, although the light came on and sometimes worked. I bought a new, more expensive ticket while traveling for one of my son's tournaments because I was annoyed. I put in a new capture card and everything worked without any problems. Very disappointed that this item is short lived although it looks fairly well made. I want my money back, but I can't find any information about the manufacturer or how to contact me.
