Review on Centerset Bathroom ๐Ÿšฐ Faucet by Foundations B512LF by Alex Taylor

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The replacement looks good and works great. Dissatisfied with "low flow "

Our old faucet was about 25 years old and started leaking. Installing the kit didn't stop the leak so I figured it was time to replace the faucet. It's not an exact match to what I replaced, but close. I've never seen anyone recommend this, but I suggest you leave the plumbing attached to the old faucet when removing it, and connect the plumbing before installing the new faucet. This is a very difficult place for a wrench, and they go through the sink hole to remove or install. It took about an hour to dismantle the old crane and install a new one. The drain came with the faucet but my old one is fine so I didn't install it. I've saved it in case I need to install it sometime in the future. Although they claim the consumption is small (1.2 gallons) I didn't expect it to make that much of a difference so I deducted a star. I don't think the aerator can be replaced with a more powerful one. The low flow problem is that our water heater is up on the north side of the house and the main bathroom is down on the south side about 60 feet from us and it takes forever to get hot water.

Pros
  • Sensor faucets
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
