I would use it more as a hanger for heavy bags as stated in the description. God! his thing is very loud on the speedbag platform. The swivel hits the metal base before your speed bag bounces. Aside from the (VERY BIG) noise, the swivel is a bit tight. I mean, I don't throw away food, but this vortex is wrong ๐ When you hit a speedbag, the sound of it should be the sound of the bag rebounding, not the tinkling of the vortex at its base.
