Excellent service provided through all stages of implementation

Their customer support team is very friendly, responsive & always willing/able listen! They also have some great tools out there for anyone looking at automated workflows (or even if someone doesn't want an automatic workflow but just wants general advice about automating their own processes). Sometimes it's hard figuring stuff like customizing reports or whatnot when using other programs than Excel - I think this has something do with not having much experience in those type things outside excel? Not sure why though lol Maybe since MDQ isn’t really used here often by others maybe people dono know exactly where certain features might be located etc so i guess thats my fault haha But otherwise no complaints from me :D Would definitely recommend them!! Definitely look into getting quotes first before signing anything up because sometimes prices change quickly depending upon your current situation which makes pricing more difficult too =) I like their speed in completing projects, communication with team members is excellent! Easy for new users to understand what's needed when using this platform. It would be nice if some project managers/owners were more involved than just providing feedback at times. The support staff has been great though, always willing to work together towards getting an issue resolved. Nothing really. Great product used by multiple departments within my organization.
