I like how easy it was to set up, all of my leads are managed in one place! It can be very confusing at first but once you get used to everything its really great. Also we don't have any issues with this product when dealing directly with customers so far. This would probably make things easier for our team if there were more features available (more reports) or better customer service from their support staff. We're solving problems related to tracking multiple sources of data by consolidating them into one centralized system which makes us feel confident about managing those accounts efficiently without having to call back each time someone submits something new.
