At first glance I thought they were really big and also thicker than the others I've used. Same softness as others. There are many benefits after using it! The size and thickness are great because it's bra cup size and the rim never move enough to reach the nipple and cause itching or leakage and also I feel it doesn't look wrinkled, when I don't wear a cup insert for my nursing bras and tank tops. It just seems smooth and my nipple doesn't show. I'm very impressed, I think they're a little pricey but I'd say they're basically 2 regular pads in one.
