Didn't check reviews before buying. BAD DECISION! I would like to do that again. I've experimented with different USBs. Ports on the back of my computer and found this hub to be sensitive and finally found one that works 100% of the time so please cancel my bad review. I wish I could see other users bad reviews and order 3 from this hub. It doesn't recognize my 16/32GB USB 3.0 flash drives. The blue power LED on the hub was still lit. I have repeatedly reconnected all the cables on several computers. It still didn't work, maybe for just a minute. When I plugged any flash drive directly into one of my home and office computers, the flash drive worked. So the problem was in the StarTech hub.
