At first I thought it was really strong. The table clamp has 2 jaws and is wider than usual so it is durable. The two lower arms can slide up and down the main shaft, but the hinges only swing sideways, not up and down like some monitor arms. This limits the adjustment options somewhat as you can't just pick it up and lift it up, but at the same time you don't have the "hanging problem" that many monitor arms have. Phone, iPad, laptop and VESA monitors. I mainly used a laptop tray or a VESA monitor mount. A few minor cons, the quality of the ball head they supply isn't that good so I'd go with the best one if you plan on putting an expensive or heavy camera here. , just in case. The ring light is useful but not very bright and since the arm it's mounted on doesn't swing up and down the light gets too high when you piece it together like in the pictures. However, there is a 1/4-20 threaded hole on the inside of the light ring, so you can position your phone so it's in the center of the light. The boom arm is ok, it holds my Rode NTG video mic well (it's bigger) but weighs only about 100g. I'm not sure how heavy the mic can take.
