Nice, soft, natural brown tanned leather, metal fasteners and buckles, lots of space, lots of pockets. I use it for my work laptop, there is still enough space for everything else that I need for my daily office work and back. The straps need strengthening, they will be a problem in the future. I always pay attention when I pick them up. I carry it on one shoulder and support it with my arm underneath. I get compliments on that all the time. Looks great, smells good, smells good with fine leather. I've been looking for a bag like this for a long time and I'm very happy with it.
