It's not that bad. So far only 2 things are wrong with it. The sounds it makes even on the lowest settings are a bit quirky. I'm feeling a little paranoid that this is going to blow my mind or something. I don't think it will happen but who knows. It appears to have been used before and is not new as advertised. Came with aromatherapy scent. That was my fault, I must have missed that part. But when I looked at the package I was confused. I assumed it was one of the things that stayed fresh. There was no smell from this package. My partner opened the package while I read the instructions. That's how I found out what it was. It was something that entered the slot on the fan and gave off an odor. Or whatever it was. Anyway, the second problem is that this packaging was not opened, but the slits smelled like a fragrance packaging, and there should be no reason for it to smell like that, especially when the fragrance packaging was sealed and had no smell. until it was open. I know we haven't used it, not my partner because we have severe allergies and can't use this fragrance at all. I'm really sad that I have to wait to be able to use my fan until we can get Amella off of it, if that's even possible.
