Their system is easy to use, the customer service is second to none, and they are a great company to work with. If it's a project that will last longer than a year, their prices are a little high. We are currently using their system to provide digital signage at our airport. It's very easy to use and doesn't require a lot of technical support. Our customers really appreciate the flexibility and ease of use. We are also able to keep track of project costs, which was a big problem for us before we started a project with them. I like how easy it was to set up and use, very intuitive. It's also inexpensive compared to other solutions in the same category. The only downside is that you can't have more than one instance of Firecast running at a time. It would be nice if there were options to host multiple instances of Firecast but we are able to limit our risk since we're not planning on expanding our software usage anytime soon. We've been able to easily create custom banners to display on our website and mobile apps.
