Indoors, the signal disappears through one room with two closed doors. And it's good that the sound slows down. On the street at a distance of 17 steps, the sound works stably, but occasionally disappears for milliseconds. Today I established a connection between the laptop and the headphones. The following helped: 1. Opened the bluetooth settings on the laptop. Not looking for a new device 2. Opened the case. Touched the earphone for three seconds, until the indicator began to flash red and green. 3. I started searching on the laptop and here's the attention! You need to connect not buds2, but galaxy buds 2 4. And then it turned out to be tied up not on the first try. If it didn’t work out and the Buds were turned off again, I deleted them and repeated everything from the beginning several times. The first few minutes the sound slowed down. But then everything became normal. Even through one room with one closed door, the sound did not disappear, as before. Day 12. When you connect to the laptop, and then to the phone, then the next time you connect to the laptop, the latter does not see them. You need to remove them from the bluetooth devices and reinstall them, then they work fine. If you connect only to a laptop, then synchronization occurs without problems.
