My Dell XPS13 had two issues, 'low battery' and 'plugged in - not charging'. The second, more serious problem means that the computer can run on AC power (often with a degraded processor) but will not charge the battery. Sometimes it can just be a wear and tear issue with the charging port, but a new charger alone didn't fix the issue for me. The combination of new charger and battery helped. Works well for about 3 weeks.
