Everything about this product screams cheap. Mounting hardware is very poor, buy and use your own instead. Plastic wall anchors do not have a ridge to prevent them from slipping into the wall, but they are strong enough that a screw won't cut them without enough pressure to push them into the wall. The screws themselves are fairly cheap and can easily be snapped off if you need to drive them into a stud (even if you pre-drill a pilot hole for the screw). The screw heads are too big for the holes in the hanger brackets and the bottom of the basket which you have to slide over the screws and then attach. The basket itself is very poorly made, with spots where the net connects to the edges that are not properly attached (and now the sharp net is sticking out). Each "wall" of the basket is curved, making it very cheap. As another reviewer said, it's very disappointing, but not enough to justify the trouble of getting it off the wall and back. This is a very high price for a poorly designed, cheap, quality basket. If I had to do it again I would buy something else.
