When I bought these ears (a little over 2 years ago), there were almost no competitors with bluetooth in this price category (I took it for 7 thousand), and I was always unlucky with wires. After listening to the sound, which I really liked, I took it without hesitation. With technology, usually, I'm lucky and for almost 2 years I have not experienced any problems with headphones, using them every day for 2-5 hours stably on the road and in the office. Then the first cup on the earpiece fell off. When I dismantled and saw the mount, I was very discouraged how this mechanism could hold out for so long and not break earlier. I found out that the service does not do this. There are no such spare parts. Even the Chinese do not make a headband for this model, so the epoxy saved it, but the joy was short-lived and a month later the second ear fell off in the same way.
