I'm 5'11, 220 lbs w/ 34-35" waist. The XL fits very well (I usually always go 2 size up on 2XU's chart). The waist band is much improved over the standard 2XU compression shorts and doesn't dig in. Definitely worth the price difference.No chaffing or rubbing after my first 4 mile run.
