1 in 3 full runs on whippets fell off. But they stayed with the Italian greyhounds. Whippets are young and run like crazy. I had to either pull them up or put them back on 1 out of 3 times. At least one fell off. Absolutely worth the money. Toes were warm, but more importantly, they were no longer burned by snow on front forearms. Fleece lining so I don't think you can tighten it because the fleece won't cut anymore. My dogs stop kicking him where he is. So obviously they want to wear them.
