The chair arrived and when assembly began the wheels did NOT fit IN THE HOLES. They didn't stay in the hole and actually fell out when the wheel next to it was inserted. I went ahead and finished the top part thinking I could sit in a chair and get the wheels all the way into the hole in the base. I didn't walk, the wheels fell out of the pit, the chair fell over and I landed on the floor. I tried many ways to use these wheels but it was doomed to failure. The limited instructions page emailed to contact them and said I should get a response from them within 24 hours. Much luck. Such an email does not exist, so I am writing this to warn others/call the bank to report dissatisfaction with the purchase and let the seller (via Revain) know I have a problem.
