I just received this charger and won't be able to test it until two weeks later, but I've tried connecting multiple USB-C cables to it. . To my surprise, I had to make quite an effort to get the cable in, almost afraid of damaging the internal components. The connector requires a lot of pressure, and the plane of plastic that holds the connector feels quite flimsy compared to the rest of the plastic case and will flex inward under pressure. I'm afraid after a few extra tries the surface plastic will crack.
