UPDATE: 5 months have passed and they are falling apart. My son still loves them but one of them has a huge hole in it. They still sit perfectly, the legs have not grown. He wears them about 3-4 days a week and only around our house. They have been hand washed and once sent to dry. Maybe my expectations are too high but for the price I expected them to last more than 5 months. He keeps asking for the same ones, but I don't spend $20 every 5 months on new indoor shoes. I read other reviews and ordered 1 size up. My sons other shoes are a size 6/6.5 so I ordered these Mickey slippers a size 7/8 and they fit well with little room to grow. My son's feet are not wide so the width is great. I LOVE that they don't have big eyes or a heavy head on the front of the shoe. The floor isn't very slippery, but most of our house is carpeted, so it wasn't a problem for us. My son loves them so much and wears them all the time when we are at home and even sleeps in them because he doesn't want to take them off.
