In general, headphones designed for music listening are not terrible, but I gave them a 4 out of 5 for the aforementioned reasons. Thanks to my corded JBL headphones, I could speak quietly on the subway and not be yelled at. Keeping everything the same as it was essential. Every month brings new issues, and I'm disappointed each time. There are benefits to it: They sound great, I can listen to music for a week without charging, they don't make any noise, and the cover hasn't sagged in over a year. ConsThey take in everything but your voice, making it impossible to have a conversation with them. Since I do delivery work, and because it is more inconvenient to pull out the phone in the colder months, I am unable to do so with these headphones. Either disconnect the headphones or switch to speaker mode. Some noise will cause people to clam up unless the place is really silent. Both phones had trouble connecting to BT, and the issue first appeared after six months of use. Ear cushions must be chosen, else the headphones will constantly slip out of your ears.
