The taste of this product is not the best, it is a very strong mint taste. To me, it tastes like those breath freshener strips. According to the seller, the formula contains 3% hydrogen peroxide, which whitens teeth. I also like that the formula contains sodium fluoride. I haven't used this product in a very long time but I think my teeth look better afterwards. The only negative is the aroma. It has a bad very strong minty taste when you first put your aligners on with foam on them. It also leaves a bad aftertaste when I wake up in the morning, which I don't experience when I'm not using this product.
