I really think this keeps my restless moth under control. Since I've been doing chemotherapy and Zometa for five years, there are no dentists. And I should have been dead by now, so I didn't think it would matter. But I'm still ticking, still eating and brushing my teeth without professional help now. It's delicious and creamy enough to gargle your gums. But there isn't much of it and I finished it in a couple of weeks. Considering it's expensive and coming from the UK I think I'll stick with the gel.
