I needed more pressure. Assembly was easy and took about an hour. First turn on worked, but when heating for PLA it kept turning off and resetting. I understand that I did not switch from 220V to 120V. that fixed it. Next came the supply line. plug into the feed sensor line. You have to turn and push to get through. I'm not sure how flexible materials will ever get there. Did my first test prints and it worked great. No adjustments or adjustments other than leveling the bed, much easier thanks to the touch screen and large buttons at the bottom. produced prints much better than I had experienced with my rep. My next step was to flash: (1) the firmware, which was easy but you need to rename the .bin file to a short name. I renamed it to 11.bin and it flashed fine. (2) Flash the Bltouch firmware, rename it and just flash it with new alignment screens. BUT if the hardware is not installed, the printer is no longer HOME. I think I need to install bltouch (coming today) to get the system working again. Nice printer and very quiet. The fans are quite noisy, maybe there is a solution. We hope that updates will be available over time. (3) Updates. Upgraded the bottom tube and then switched to the original. I don't think it's necessary. upgraded to 24v (maybe 12v quieter?) fan, this is needed update: in 3 months? I am very satisfied with this printer and getting used to PLA printing. Started printing carbon PLA and upgraded the nozzle to hardened steel. So it happened that the filament sensor failed in the middle of the print. I think it has to do with the movement of the spool. Bypass sensor and then insert a piece of filament into the sensor to turn on the blue light. It seems to work. I inserted a short piece of wire into the sensor as it was giving me trouble. Without this sensor everything works fine. Added to Octoprint with Raspberry Pi 3b. works well and saves me from manually transferring USB from PC to printer. There is plenty of online help on how to do this. A little knowledge of these devices is helpful, but clear instructions make it accessible to everyone I think.
