I have a cat who loves to chew on everything - chair legs, faucets, electrical cords and so on. I chew my umbilical cord at least once a month, sometimes more if we're not careful. But the final straw came when she chewed through the cord of my Soundcore headphones. . . who i love Of course my husband refused to move them and I refused to move my headphones. . . So it's a compromise. This is a good cable, just as advertised. This is the length it is sold in and produces a sound indistinguishable from factory cable with one major benefit. The cat will NOT chew on this string. Obviously, this braided nylon cord doesn't give a satisfying crunch to plastic, wood, or metal. No claims on my part.
