Not as best described in Power and Hand Tools

Dimensions closer to 16 x 9 versus 17 x 10. Shoulder strap rings are NOT metal but plastic. The "heavy duty handles" are not secured with a metal fastener as stated. The picture shows metal rings and a metal rivet but that is NOT what the bag is. However, the bag looks pretty well built and will likely last for a while. I just don't like misleading descriptions. Basically a lie.
