I think this bag is very pretty and I love using it! When it arrived I noticed the zipper was very heavy and looked cheap. The opening of the bag isn't very large and I find it difficult to find items that get lost at the bottom of the bag - I'm not an absolute fan of the adjustable shoulder strap, but that's just personal preference. The bag comes with a lavender freshener to enhance the scent of the new product. This company ships their bags very nicely packaged and includes a pocket to keep your wallet in when not in use. Update: The strap this shoulder bag is made of broke while commuting to work. I am very upset about this. This bag still works great but I wanted to be able to wear it crossbody.
