My daughter loves this bike. However, I do not like that the discs cannot be removed from the rear wheels (according to the instructions). My husband accidentally overtightened the wheel and we didn't realize it until we finished mounting it. Now one of the rear wheels doesn't move as smoothly as the other. It's impossible to fix. Update: I contacted the company and they sent me a video of removing the rims. This didn't solve the problem so they sent me a replacement. The new bike works great. I upgraded to five stars. The company is very responsive and helpful. And my daughter still loves the bike!
