Assembling this product was not intuitive. I say that mostly because there were no instructions. Actually, my mom was visiting when I built the 4-in-1, so we both made it. First I started in the bassinet position. This is a very deep hole. What can I say, she helped me with the cradle and looked at the pictures throughout the process. I had my computer on and was studying the images, trying to piece them together. It's one of those things that if something didn't look like the picture, I just kept trying until I got it. Again, without instructions, I relied heavily on photos to achieve various positions. The cradle is hard. It's definitely stuck on the bottom. It has loops to detach it and use it separately when needed. I feel it is solid on the ground and would definitely support such a small child. It will really only accommodate the baby, probably up to three or four months old. Of course, this depends on the size of the child. The cradle is solid on all sides. There is no grid. For me, this is not where I would let my child sleep. It was more like if I was around I would let her do it. Then I tried the small swing and the run/jump function. I'm wondering how they connect to the seat arch. It's a different concept, but it worked. I liked the little swings. This is definitely for a kid who can hold themselves up. However, both positions seemed strong. I would say the high chair feature is best for children who are not eating. I think if the child is just spending time with family and needs some space to sit at the table, but maybe not eating yet, this would be a good choice. As for cleaning the seat, it is troublesome. As a busy mom, it would take me far too long to clean everything properly. With a high chair like this I can say a well known brand does it better. Ultimately, I find this device to be pretty solid. It's unintuitive, and there weren't any instructions to make assembly less than pleasant. My favorite feature is the little swing seat. It's too hard, too clean, so I won't use it for feeding. On the other hand, it occupies a huge space in space. It has wheels but I don't think it's easy to move. Like assembly, moving is clumsy. After all, a multi-position high chair from a well-known brand is better.
