DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! RCA is not a quality company and takes no responsibility for its products. We bought this tablet and it didn't charge with either the included cheap charger or a notoriously good micro USB charger. RCA has refused to make reasonable changes to this newly acquired tablet. They wanted me to send it in for repair and they said it would be 6-8 weeks to get it back. This tablet sucks. THANK YOU RCA FOR MISSING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY AND PROVING THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THE TAPE USED TO SEAL THE BOX. π
