Poor design - cases, holsters and pouches

First day after I put the phone in this case. The phone slipped out of its belt holster and fell to the ground. There's no phone protection at the top, guess which part touched the bottom. The glass is cracked and the display no longer works. $160 for a glass replacement that a well-designed case should have prevented, which it doesn't. I'm waiting for the phone to be fixed, I hope nothing else is broken.
