surprisingly good. good for me

I bought both knife as gift for my husband. he loves them. I think it is a smart and economical idea of not having whole piece out of damascus but only the blade part. The handle and everything looks premium quality.We have a $399 damascus cleaver but mistakenly used it on the frozen meat, the blade chipped. Now I bought the two for different tasks and they handled well so far. And the price is just UNBEATABLE, no pressure (of breaking it)at all xD

Pros

My Dad loves this chopper, he is a senior, the previous chopper he had was a little too big and heavy.

The color of the handle may not match the advertised image
