My daughter loves these pants 2nd. I'm giving it a 4 because her waist isn't very supportive, but she still manages it just fine. I would say true to size as my daughter is 10 and got a size 10-11 for her.
Pros
- Big wasted and durable, it's a good buy and true to size.

- Pants may not stay in place during high-intensity workouts, causing discomfort and distraction.
