Now that working from home is my new normal, I've decided to invest in an optimal setup. I had a freestanding single monitor mount from Vivo and switching to it made more sense than just buying an extra mount and laptop holder. The whole setup was pretty easy; It took a little longer to get the monitor and computer exactly where I wanted. 2 of my criticisms are minor. First, I would like the post to be about 3-4 inches taller. I know they sell a higher one, but it's way higher than I need. Second, the plastic thing that holds the 3 Allen keys is broken on my unit. The hole for the medium sized key was not drilled properly and I can only fit about 1/10th of it into the slot with a lot of force. the car is not straight. I reached out and they kindly replaced the Vesa mount, but it made no difference. Mine leans to the right, with the right side being significantly lower than the left.
