For more than $16 I expected better quality. The foil balloons kept deflating, the latex balloons had holes in them so I had to buy a few extra ones. Nothing was collected; They had to poke holes and bits of cardboard, attach horrible plastic tape to it to make a banner (I had to use my own tape but I was in a hurry to hang it). The foil springs with cutouts attached were not attached (I bought them on Dollar Tree Attached and better quality). You were given plastic clothing tags to hang at the top of the set and at the bottom of the cardboard cutouts. The cardboard is very thin so be careful not to tear it. Instead I had to buy a balloon arch for $2 more. It was a waste of money and such a disappointment.
