I had an Otter Box for each of my previous iPhones so I bought this Otter Box when I got the new 12 mini. because it was a brand I knew and trusted. However, this Otter box is a huge disappointment for a number of reasons.1. The material is very hard and very difficult to remove. I have to rip it off and I always worry that I will damage my phone if I remove this case. Every other OtterBox I've had was very easy to remove. NOT this.!2. The case is so rigid that the side buttons become unusable. Every time I want to download a new app I have to remove the cover because it prompts
