On trying to activate, it required it required all personal Info including call back phone number AND credit card. for a pre-paid sim chip? I supplied all that, submitted, and received message that chip couldn't be activated Called support number, after 30 min on hold, person with almost impossible to understand accent, said he couldn't help with errors to use contact link at bottom of page (which didn't exist). Called back another wait, got someone I could almost understand same conversation except had to go to main web page, not sign up page. Found that support was by form with return email, filled form, and got back an auto-response saying they would contact me, still not! returning for refund. They now have all my personal Info including credit card, is this a total scam to get my information? Even the off shore support people wanted my name and phone number even tho they said they couldn't help.
